| | The venture of Mr. Mani is very interesting and all the more inspiring. Looking through the history of start up businesses, one would find that most of them if not all have humble beginnings with struggle and initial stumbles (read failures) as an inherent attribute. The past of Just Dial is just another story of entrepreneurship, and i feel that this is the first phase. Just as a few of the million eggs in a flower germinate and hardly a couple of those germinated seeds convert themselves into a giant tree, taking Just Dial to that phase of being a tree is what is crucial and the real test for Mr. Mani. How would he do it? Text books say it all; diversification, scalability, entering new geographies, cost arbitrage with India etc. But all these books are written not as theory but as observations. So Mr. Mani, you will have to frame your own theories and se Just Dial to Tree hood. By the way, are we talking about another Corporate Giant of the future??

| | On basis of my generally disgusting experience speaking to lot of call-centers of banks, telecom companies, airlines and other utility companies, I have come to a conclusion that Just Dial has been the best in terms of command on language, politeness, courtesy, speed, acuracy, relevance and efficient use of technology. Infact everything about Just dial is fantastic, the website, the search efficiency, the relevance, the correctness and above all the people who attend the calls. I must appreciate the special care taken by you in not overselling anything.Being a heavy user of Just Dial myself and basis comparitive interactions with other entities, I generally thought of acknowledging your excellent job, thats been consistently good ever since I am using it. KEEP IT UP. I can't bestow awards on you but i thought its a good idea to appreciate good things around us.
